Sherwood Greene managing director Chileshe Musonda says Zambians
should create a Green conscience as the best tool to manage waste. Musonda, who was speaking when he called on Ndola Mayor, Samuel Munthali at his office yesterday, said he was looking forward to a time when every citizen would be mindful of waste management.“That can be done when we create a Green conscience as the best tool to manage waste,” he said. And presenting 100-litre bins to Ndola City Council for placement across the central business district.

Mr. Musonda expressed concern over the growing trend among institutions to use the vulnerable in society when advertising their services. “Instead of using the vulnerable to attract media coverage, institutions should
at least pick some students who need sponsorship in various institutions of higher learning,” he advised. And receiving the bins, procured at a total cost of K25,000, Munthali commended Sherwood Greene for the gesture.
