focused services. Due To our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an
Estate Agent for our special project in Kitwe.
Estate Agent (1) - Kitwe
Main responsibilities will include:
- Marketing the project, producing reports,
brochures, promotional information and other written material
- Preparing tenancy agreements and handle
meetings
- Making sure all aspects of the letting meet
legal requirements
Minimum
Qualifications/Skills

A
full grade 12 certificate
·
A
Diploma or better in any Marketing course
·
Must
have the ability to use your initiative
·
Must
have excellent verbal communication skills
·
Must
be computer literate, conversant with word , excel and powerpoint
